Hi, everyone! I hope you all had a great Monday. Going back to school has definitely been rough. After having three months off, it’s crazy to go back to overwhelming work loads, homework, long hours sitting in class, etc. Yesterday drained all of my energy and I am counting down the days until the weekend!
For me, dressing for school is really all about being comfortable. Sometimes I’ll wear dresses, other times shorts, but a lot of the time I resort to wearing comfortable jeans with a casual top. You probably saw on Instagram, but I received these jeans in the mail last week and can’t stop wearing them! They have a slouchy boyfriend fit and are perfect to dress down for class and dress up for a girl’s night out or date night! They really are the perfect boyfriend jeans.
Sidenote: I recently purchased this lightweight jacket and can’t seem to stop wearing it. It goes perfect with slouchy boyfriend jeans (pictured above) and a casual top. I can see it getting a lot of use (clearly, since I can’t stop wearing it). I’m considering getting it in black too because it’s such a great basic to have. I’m wearing a size medium petite for reference… it runs a bit small!
Anyways, I know that there can be a ton of expenses when it comes to going back to school. And even if you aren’t going back to school, let’s be real… life is expensive!
