First of all, I apologize for the quality of these photos… my dad and I kind of had a feeling that the lens was fogged up from all of the humidity, but on the small camera screen I couldn’t tell too well! 🙁 It was raining so much yesterday and it was on and off so I tried shooting as fast as possible before the torrential downpour started.
This is the perfect little red, white and blue dress for the Fourth of July. I picked it up last week because I loved it and then realized it’s also perfect for the holiday. Since I’ll be in Savannah on Saturday, I think I might wear it because it’s really comfortable and light (I heard it’s super hot in Savannah!). I love wearing red, white and blue. Not just for the holiday but all of the time! I’ve worn it on the blog before (here and here) and love the combo.
I’m starting to get really nervous to travel because I feel like I have no idea where to begin when it comes to packing. Plus, I’m going to miss my puppies!
See some of my favorite looks for Fourth of July below and thanks for reading!
I hate it when the humidity does that to the lens, but I promise that it actually gives these photos a kind of “vintage” feel!!
That dress is so darling and a great contender for the Fourth, especially if it’s going to be hot. If that’s the case, all I want to wear is easy breezy pieces!!
Love the dress and that bag! Also, so funny how you notice lighting and photography on your own photos… I didn’t see anything wrong with these but I literally always think that about my own.
These photos aren’t bad at all! Hey, humidity happens. (; My favorite way to “dress for the holiday” is by using colors that don’t go over board. Much like this dress. Something I could wear again and not look like I’m going to a 4th of July BBQ. Love your style!
I absolutely love the pattern of that dress! It looks great paired with the tan accessories as well!
