Mama life is a new journey for me and I can't wait to take you along for the ride and go through it together.
I honestly cannot believe that 2014 is officially over. When I started my blogging journey in January of last year [weird that I have to say last year now, since we’re in 2015!] I never expected it to grow as quickly as it has and I can’t wait to see where The Fashionista’s Diary will go in 2015. When picking some photos to put into this 2014 in review post, I couldn’t help but see that, although I’m not out of the rookie level yet, I have grown and evolved as both a person as well as a blogger.
The support I’ve gotten, whether through the blog, via Instagram, or personal messages, has meant the world to me. I couldn’t and wouldn’t be doing what I’ve been doing without it! I have so many fun ideas for 2015 and I can’t wait to continue this journey and grow throughout the process. I want to not only thank everyone who has followed along, but also those who have commented on my posts, left me sweet messages on Instagram and have emailed me telling me how much I’ve inspired them. I love hearing from you! I’ve made a promise to myself, and now to you, that if this little blog becomes something bigger one day, which I hope it does, I will always strive to answer comments and reach out to my followers. After all, you’re what makes this all possible!
Thank you to my amazing parents who have not only dealt with my requests to shoot on weekends, but have gone the extra mile to make me happy, and in return, TFD a success. Thank you to my dad who never fails to take great photos [I think even he has grown as a photographer over the past year!]. Without him, I wouldn’t have any photos most of the time. Thank you to my mom, who’s helped me with everything in between and has always given me the best advice. Also, my other photographer, Akamie, who has really been a huge blessing in my life. Not to mention, thank you to the most amazing brands who I have had the honor of working with throughout the year!
We may not know what 2015 has in store for us, but let’s pray it has some amazing things up its sleeve! Happy New Year, everyone. Thank you for following along! XO!
