Mama life is a new journey for me and I can't wait to take you along for the ride and go through it together.
There’s nothing wrong with summer, but I can’t wait until fall. There’s something about the warmer colors, cool breeze, crisp air and blanket scarves that I just can’t ever seem to get over! When it comes to fall, it’s a bit hard to dress for the season in Miami. With temperatures still remaining in the high 80s, I don’t want to walk around wearing a scarf and booties because I’ll need to be taken to ER. But, outfits like this are so easy to wear and carry out into the new season because this dress is light, comfortable and is the prettiest oxblood color!
This oxblood shirtdress is honestly to-die-for. When I received it, I wasn’t sure how it would look like on. But I absolutely love it now! It doesn’t hug your body in the wrong areas, it won’t make you sweat from being thick and it’s appropriate for work or for going out on date nights/GNOs. There’s so much you can do with this simple, yet timeless piece. I’m 5’3 and the dress falls just a few inches above my knees, for reference. As I grow up, I see myself reaching for more appropriate/classic pieces like this oxblood shirtdress. Not to mention, it comes in four colors! I absolutely love the olive color, too. How cute would it look with booties come fall?
To keep the whole fall theme going on, I paired my favorite blue tassel earrings to add an unexpected pop of color. These exact ones are currently sold out but you can find some more of my favorites here and the same style in gold here.
Now, I’m so excited that my favorite tote is back in stock! I purchased this tote last fall and wear it the most out of all of my handbags. It’s so comfortable, spacious and holds up really well! It’s a bit of a splurge, but, considering how much I wear it, it’s worth it.
A lot of you have been asking me how I grow my Instagram. While it’s hard to pinpoint the exact way (I still feel as if it’s a slow and steady growth!), I want to answer any questions you may have. Leave them in the comments below and I’ll include the answers in an upcoming post!
Happy Monday and thanks for stopping by! xo

All hail the Tory Burch bag queen!!! You have the best bags and I’m really fond of all the TB! I’ve had this bag on my wishlist for quite some time .. To treat myself, or not treat myself: that is the question 🙂

Such a chic look and absolutely perfect to transition into fall. I love shirtdresses – so classic and elegant, easy to dress up and down!
So, I need this dress in my life immediately. I wish I didn’t have a Nordstrom card. And the price is perfect! I also love the earrings you paired with it, such a fun unexpected pop of color.

Beautiful dress! So perfect for fall.
As far as IG growth, I’m wondering how often you post, how you edit your pictures for IG and if there are any helpful websites/apps you use to keep track of your stats or if you just wing it 🙂
Thanks!

Such a beautiful color! and that pop of cobalt- perfection!
This is my dream bag — I’d love to have it in both brown and black but that would be a tad excessive.

Seriously the perfect fall colour! Glad you found a shirtdress that works well for petites- I’ve always found that shirt dresses are way too long for me – I look like I’m one of the ‘Lost Boys’ from Peter Pan? This looks great on you – I’m a similar height!

I love your dress. I love summer clothes, but sweaters, boots, and dark colors are also fun!
Such a perfect look for Miami’s “fall” season! I wish I was as stylish as you are when I lived there! But, I get to be inspired by you now that I am in Chicago and get a real fall season! I hope you go somewhere cold in the winter so I can be inspired by your winter style also! 😉
