Month one has been a whirlwind. Also, how has one month even passed?! As a new mama, I know it can be super intimidating when figuring out what to get for your new baby. Below I’m rounding up some of our absolute favorite things we’ve used for baby Hudson in his first month!
Swing: we’ve absolutely loved this swing. Hudson stays calm in it and we love that it has different movements, strengths, noises and even has a vibrating feature!
Play mat: we’ve loved this for tummy time and when Hudson is lying on his back. It’s really good for mental stimulation and we purchased the subscription, too, and the toys that come in it are really all you need!
Bouncer: everyone talks about this bouncer but we really do love it. You can move it around super freely and it helps when you’re trying to get things done!
Bottles: Hudson loves these bottles!
Bath thermometer: something you don’t think about but so important when taking your baby a bath! It makes sure the temperature is perfect for your little bub.
Scale: we love this scale to keep track of Hudson’s weight and it’s really easy to use and lightweight to store.
Lounger: this is great for Hudson when we’re lying on the couch and just hanging out… he loves it!
Swaddles: these swaddles are seriously awesome, easy to use and such a good price!
Hatch: this thing is the best. It has different sounds, lights, music and so much more. We absolutely love it.
Sterilizer: this bottle sterilizer is amazing! We use it for bottles, pacifiers and my pump parts. It’s so easy to use and such a game changer.
Portable pacifier sanitizer: so so good for on the go!
BEST thing for cradle cap!: we love this so much. We also have the body + shampoo wash from here and it’s amazing. Love the cradle cap package because it really works and keeps your baby’s hair so soft. Don’t be scared if he sheds after the first or second use! It’s good because he’s shedding all of that dead skin.
Drawer organizers: great for organizing your baby’s drawers!
Sink tub: great to bathe your baby in the sink! Our sink was a little thinner so our regular tub for him didn’t fit and this one is great.
Feeding pillow: this one is so much cheaper than the expensive ones and so much better! Get it and thank me later 🙂
Bottle drying rack: great for travel or if you need to quickly clean bottles without the sterilizer.
Dishwasher caddy: something you might not think you need but makes a huge difference/makes your life so much easier.
Onesies: these are a little pricier but they are the absolute best and softest.
