Solve Your Acne With Neutrogena

As many of you know, I suffer from mild acne and cystic acne as well as hyper-pigmentation. I remember the first day I got a pimple, I was in 4th grade going on a field trip. I was living back in Florida (I lived in Connecticut for four years) and I had NO idea what to do! I was super young so did what any young girl would do, I wore a zip up sweater and put the top of it over my chin…for the entire field trip. Needless to say, in 90 degree Miami weather, people were asking me questions. I just kept saying I was cold… but, really, I was trying to hide that disgusting intruder on my chin.

Fastforward ten years, I still suffer from cystic acne and hyper-pigmentation. While I’ve definitely had my moments of embarrassment, as the acne chooses to get worse days before a big event or presentation, I’ve been able to find some great products that really help zap my problems (aka pimples) away.

Acne Stress Control Power-Cream Wash: I didn’t really like anything with too many scents, because I get sick sometimes from strong scents, so this cleanser is perfect. It fights breakouts before they even happen and is a smooth lather that is easy to apply and wash off. It really makes your skin feel silky smooth, afterwards, too!

Oil-Free Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin: This is the best! I can’t use any moisturizer with oils in it, since I have oily skin. This one is the perfect amount of moisture without adding any shine to your face. It’s also fragrance-free, which is best for sensitive skin like mine.

Rapid Clear Treatment Pads: I used to use these so much during the primetime for my breakouts! I used to just rub the pad over my problem areas and then just let it dry and apply moisturizer. I do the same thing today and it still works wonders! What I also love is that it can double up as a makeup remover.

Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes: These have always been my go-to for removing any eye makeup. The towelettes are soft and aren’t harsh on your eyes/face and will remove any dirt from your face without harming your skin. These are the best!
